The results showed that knock‐down of GPX4 or GSTM1 reversibly increased the intracellular GSH level while overexpression of GPX4 or GSTM1 caused obvious consumption of intracellular GSH (Figures 3D‐E, S2H‐M), without any change in the other GSH regulatory proteins or enzymes (Figure S2N‐P); this illustrates that the expression of GPX4 and GSTM1 was the main reason for the consumption of GSH in lung cancer BM.
