JMJD1C and central nervous system cancer: Finally, to verify whether JMJD1C promotes the polarization of M1 macrophage to inhibit glioma development through the miR‐302a/METTL3/METTL3/SOCS2 axis, we obtained LN‐229 cells stably overexpressing JMJD1C alone or in conjunction with silencing of SOCS2, which were then inoculated to the nude mice.
