In T cells, we found increased expression of 10/16 co-inhibitory molecules (62.5%), while 2/16 molecules (12.5%; LAIR1 and CD39) were unchanged and 4/16 (25.0%; TIGIT, CD96, BTLA, and CD48) reduced in HL patients compared to healthy controls (Fig. 1D). This evidence concerns the gene LAIR1 and Hodgkins lymphoma.
