In the single patient with primary progressive disease during anti-PD1 monotherapy, baseline expression of PD1 on CD4+ T cells was lower (34.0% vs. 61.9% ± 23.1) and higher on CD8+ T cells (73.7% vs. 55.7% ± 14.8) while all other markers and the development during treatment was within the range of the total HL cohort. Here, CD8A is linked to Hodgkins lymphoma.
