Additionally, many components’ targets, including Src (SRC), JAK2, MEK1 (MAP 2 K1), ERK2 (MAPK1), JNK1 (MAPK8), p38 MAPK (MAPK14) and caspase-1 (CASP1), had close relationships with the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway [29–34], indicating that inhibition of NLRP3 inflammasome activation is an important mechanism underlying the anti-arthritis effect of LF.
