NFKB1 and rheumatoid arthritis: In this study, we have found that Glaucocalyxin B, as a small sesquiterpene molecule, can target P65, inhibit the activation of NF-κB signal and the M1 polarization of SMG cells, and simultaneously inhibit the inflammatory response of tissue SMG cells to relieve bone injury of RA, which is one of the mechanisms of action of Glaucocalyxin B against RA.
