The epigenetic regulator EZH2 histone methyltransferase has been shown to be misregulated due to overexpression and mutations in tumours with different origins, such as ovarian cancer [17], prostate cancer [18], glioblastoma [19], medulloblastoma [20], germinal center derived B-cell lymphomas [21], and also in MM, causing trimethylation of H3K27, H3K27me3 [15]. Here, EZH2 is linked to Miyoshi myopathy.
