MYC is rearranged, amplified, or otherwise overexpressed in multiple types of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, including ~100% of Burkitt’s (BL) [20], 30% of diffuse large B-cell (DLBCL) [21,22,23], and >50% of mantle cell (MCL) lymphomas [24]. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and Burkitt lymphoma.
