The KEGG pathway shows that PLOD3 was related with protein digestion and absorption, focal adhesion, and small cell lung cancer, which could be a potential reason for the alteration of PLOD3 in disorders of the connective tissue, tumorigenesis, and cancer progression [1,2,3,4,7,10,11], this is worthy of further research. This evidence concerns the gene PLOD3 and small cell lung carcinoma.
