YBX1 and prostate carcinoma: Considering our results revealing a role for C-doRNA in prostate cell migration/proliferation and its interaction with hnRNA proteins A0, A1 and A2/B1, it would be interesting to better understand the dynamics of interaction between these RNAs (C-doRNAs, SNORD71) and proteins (YB-1, hnNRP A1 and A/B), and the role that their ribonucleoprotein complexes might play in cellular homeostasis and prostate cancer pathogenesis.
