The Cox regression analysis showed that age (Hazards ratio [HR] = 1.05, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.01–1.09; p = 0.015), Gleason score ≥ 8 (HR = 11.07, 95% CI: 3.81–32.19; p < 0.001), and pathological tumor stage 3a and 3b (HR = 4.92, 95% CI: 2.04–11.88, and HR = 8.86, 95% CI: 2.56–30.72, respectively; both p < 0.001) were significant predictors of post-RALP BCR; however, there was no effect on either the dexmedetomidine or control group (Table 3).
