The main objective of the study was the assessment of motor impairment (MDS-UPDRS), cognitive impairment (MoCA), olfactory dysfunction (UPSIT), autonomic impairment, depression, and anxiety. 65 patients underwent DAT-SPECT.RBD with abnormal DAT-SPECT had a higher MDS-UPDRS motor score and higher prevalence of orthostatic hypotensionPutaminal binding ratio positively and negatively associated, respectively, with UPSIT score and tonic and phasic muscle activity during REM sleep.
