Selinexor offers an interesting possible therapeutic strategy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), in fact one study showed in-vitro and in-vivo effects of Selinexor, using a large panel of 11 NSCLC cell lines containing different key driver mutations (for example: TP53, EGFR, PIK3CA). Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
