CD8A and neoplasm: After injection three times of this multicomponent nano-assembly (i.e., 9, 15, and 21 days after tumor inoculation) into a mouse model, sufficient antitumor efficacy (i.e., increased numbers of CD8+ T cells and NK cells, and reduced tumor growth) and mitigated off-target toxicity (i.e., normal blood cell viability and maintained spleen size) were observed.
