TNNT2 and chronic kidney disease: Levels of hs-cTnT at presentation and serial sampling at 3 h and peak prior to angiography were significantly higher in patients with severe CKD as compared to the controls with normal renal function (median interquartile range (IQR) at presentation: 25 (7–102) versus 114 (52–314) ng/L, p < 0.001; at 3 h: 29 (7–116) versus 160 (74–369) ng/L, p < 0.001; at peak: 58 (11–210) versus 207 (79–537) ng/L, p < 0.001; Figure 2A and Supplementary Table S2).
