TNNI3 and hypertensive disorder: Researchers found hs-cTnI by a highly sensitive method (Abbott Architect i1000SR) in all examined patients: in the collected morning urine of normotensive patients, hs-cTnI concentrations were 14.95 pg/mL compared to urinary levels of hs-cTnI = 26.59 pg/mL in patients with high blood pressure (p < 0.05).
