The detection of subgingival Pg and Aa was highly correlated with the levels of anti-Pg and anti-Aa in RA patients (ρ = 0.35, p < 0.003 for Pg, ρ = 052, p < 0.000 for Aa) and in the NC (ρ = 0.38, p = 0.001 for Pg, ρ = 0.29, p = 0.014 for Aa) (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene TEAD1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
