Case 2, who was complicated with adenomyosis, was transferred to our hospital due to severe abdominal pain with elevated inflammation signs at 20 weeks of gestation (white blood cell count: 15,000/μL; C-reactive protein: 12.7 mg/dL), and tramadol hydrochloride, acetaminophen, and pentazocine hydrochloride were needed to control her abdominal pain. Here, CRP is linked to adenomyosis.
