The survival analysis showed that patients with high expression levels of SLC7A5, SLC7A11, GLS, SLC1A5, and SLC3A2 had significantly poorer prognoses for most of the cancer types, while those with high expression of GLS2 exhibited significantly better prognoses for KIRC, CESC, LUAD, KICH, LGG, and MESO (Figure 5A).
