Positive correlation of anti SSA/Ro52 antibodies and adropin in our study is in accordance with some existing research that has shown that anti SSA/Ro positive patients had lower rates of hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and hypertriglyceridemia compared to anti-SSA/Ro and SSB/La negative patients [38]. The gene discussed is CALR; the disease is familial hypercholesterolemia.
