A total of 4543 differentially expressed genes were identified (Figure 2A, Supplementary Table S1).Through KEGG pathway analysis, we found that up-regulated genes in the high PITPNM1 group are mainly enriched in immune pathways such as: the T cell receptor signaling pathway, rheumatoid arthritis, primary immunodeficiency, and NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and cancer-related signaling pathways such as the NF-kappa B signaling pathway, the Jak-STAT signaling pathway, the chemokine signaling and cell adhesion molecules (Figure 2B, Supplementary Table S2). The gene discussed is PITPNM1; the disease is inborn error of immunity.
