Tezepelumab, recently accepted and granted priority review from the FDA for the treatment of asthma [28], is a first-in-class anti-TSLP mAb that reduces asthma exacerbations and airway inflammation, and improves pre-bronchodilator FEV1 in patients with uncontrolled asthma, regardless of baseline blood eosinophil count [49].
