As it has been previously demonstrated that several USPs such as USP1, USP7, USP22 and USP39 participate in the control of proliferation and/or invasion of OS cells [19,20,21,22], and we show above that the expression of four other USPs, USP6, USP27, USP41 and USP43, is increased in OS cells, we then assessed the effects of the panUSPs inhibitor PR619 on primary OS tumor growth and lung metastases development. The gene discussed is USP27X; the disease is neoplasm.
