HSPA5 and breast cancer: Overall, the expression changes in 14 proteins, namely, Actin, cytoplasmic 1 (ACTB), Actin, alpha cardiac muscle 1 (ACTC1), Actinin, alpha 1 (ACTN1), Actinin alpha 4 (ACTN4), Annexin A2 (ANXA2), Alpha-enolase (ENO1), Beta-enolase (ENO3), Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), Epididymis secretory sperm binding protein Li 89n (HSPA5), Epididymis luminal protein 33 (HSPA8), HSPA9 protein (HSPA9), Myosin, heavy polypeptide 9 (MYH9), Pyruvate kinase (PKM), and Vimentin (VIM) were associated with cell movement, endocytosis, migration of breast cancer cell lines, and glycolysis of cells.
