Most of them, such as AKT1, APC, ATR, ATM, BAP1, BARD1, BLM, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, CDH1, CHEK2, EPCAM, ERBB2, ERCC1, FANCI, MLH1, MRE11A, MSH2, MSH6, MUTYH, NBN, PALB2, PIK3CA, PMS2, PTEN, RAD50, RAD51C, RAD51D, RET, STK11, and TP53 have been reported to be associated with BC susceptibilities14,47–51.
