First, the human U1C gene was highly expressed in several cancers, including B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, breast adenocarcinoma, cervical adenocarcinoma, cervical squamous cell carcinoma, endometrial adenocarcinoma, esophageal adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma multiforme, lymphoma, melanoma, ovarian adenocarcinoma and squamous cell lung carcinoma (Supplementary Figure S8). The gene discussed is SNRPC; the disease is endometrium adenocarcinoma.
