In fact, an in-vivo mouse study on three spontaneous mouse cancer models for breast cancer, pancreatic cancer and glioblastoma found that VEGF inhibition when combined with anti-PDL1 therapy was successful only when it induced HEV neogenesis in the breast and pancreatic cancer model but not in the glioblastoma model.
