In this study, we found that along with the decrease in proliferation and increase in apoptosis, the expression of PSEN1 was upregulated in U251/LN229 cells and xenograft tumor intervened by SCU and its combination with C18H17NO6, suggesting that this drug combination might promote glioma apoptosis and enhanced the sensitivity of glioma to the drugs themselves by upregulating PSEN1. This evidence concerns the gene PSEN1 and neoplasm.
