TP53 and cancer: RM2-subtype tumors were correlated mainly with the genesis and development of tumors (e.g., “focal adhesion and apoptosis”), cancer-related signaling pathways (e.g., “P53 signaling pathway”, “cell cycle and chemokine signaling pathway”), and immune responses (e.g., “T and B cell receptor signaling pathway”, “antigen processing and presentation”, and “natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity”) (Figure 4A).
