F2r mRNA expression (Figure 8A) increased significantly at the early and progressive stages of liver fibrosis, whereas the F2rl1 mRNA level (Figure 8B) that was unchanged in acute and after 2.5-week liver injury increased at the 4th, 6th, and 7th weeks of CCl4 treatment, suggesting a delayed induction.
