DOCK3 and Stroke: Patients with MoCA < 26 [76.1% (223/293)] were older [76.0 (68.0–80.0) vs. 66.5 (59.0–75.3), P < 0.001], had less education years [15.0 (9.0–15.0) vs. 15.0 (12.0–16.0), P < 0.001], longer suffering time before visiting [2.0 (1.0–3.0) vs. 1.0 (0.5–2.0), P = 0.014], and higher percentage of previous stroke [10.3% (23/223) vs. 1.4% (1/70), P = 0.018] than those with MoCA ≥ 26 [23.9% (70/293)].
