Among the predicted results in microT CDS database, we preliminarily selected five mRNAs (NPTX2, Spinophilin [SPN], lysine demethylase 3A [KDM3A], SRY-box transcription factor 4 [SOX4], PR/SET domain 14 [PRDM14]) that had been demonstrated to be upregulated in RCC [20,30–33], and then their interactions with miR-640 were examined by biotin RNA pull down assay (Supplementary Figure S1A and S1B). This evidence concerns the gene NPTX2 and renal cell carcinoma.
