For all primary tumours, collagens were the most abundant proteins (Supplementary Fig. 6c), especially collagen type I (Supplementary Fig. 6d), while glycoproteins and proteoglycans were less abundant and had a more variable distribution (Supplementary Fig. 6e, f), which was validated by immunohistochemistry (Supplementary Fig. 7).
