Case 4: A 63-year-old patient known for GPA with crusty rhinitis, CT-scan lung nodules, orbital mass and positive cANCA-PR3 was diagnosed with GCA based on ACR criteria 1990 with intermittent jaw claudication, hypersensitivity of the scalp, and transient loss of vision. The gene discussed is PRTN3; the disease is granulomatosis with polyangiitis.
