CXCL10 and type 2 diabetes mellitus: According to Figure 5H, the genes in the CXCL10 high-expression group were primarily enriched in “antigen processing and presentation,” “autoimmune thyroid disease,” “chemokine signaling pathway,” “leishmania infection,” and “systemic lupus erythematosus.” The genes were enriched in “maturity onset diabetes of the young” for the CXCL10 low-expression group (Fig. 5I).
