We selected miR-30e-5p/CCND2 axis to validate whether it was regulated by HIF1A-AS2 based on the following reasons: (1) In the HIF1A-AS2/miRNAs interaction network (Figure 6A), five miRNAs [miR-30e-5p (18–20), miR-200c-3p (5), miR-25-3p (21), miR-490-3p (22), and miR-34b-5p (23)] suppress VSMC proliferation, in which miR-30e-5p is significantly down-regulated in coronary sinus blood in patients with heart failure (36). The gene discussed is HIF1A; the disease is heart failure.
