Regarding the risk of developing LC, compared to the patients in the low-level group, patients with high ADA levels had an odds ratio (OR) value of 3.290 (95% CI, 2.294–4.719; p < 0.05), and the adjusted OR was 3.218 (95% CI, 2.025–5.114; p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene ADA and laryngotracheoesophageal cleft.
