In a previous study, the endogenous p-LRP6 level was significantly increased after subarachnoid hemorrhage and further augmented after the administration of HLY78, which resulted in activation of the Wnt pathway by inhibition of the phosphorylation of β-catenin, Bax, and cleaved caspase 3 (Luo et al., 2020). Here, LRP6 is linked to subarachnoid hemorrhage.
