Moreover, the present study on the basis of lipid metabolism in ovarian cancer suggests potential biomarkers, including BDH2, ADH5, PRKCDBP, ECHS1, ACOX1, BDH1, NUDT19, PXMP4, PECR, HIBCH, PEX13, EHHADH, ECI1, ECHDC1, SUCLG2, ABCD3, PHYH, PEX14, IDH2, CPT2, GSTK1, HMGCS2, and ACAA1 in lipid metabolism pathways. Here, GSTK1 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
