GC-B cells in NSCLC produced elevated levels of IgG and IgA, which displayed reactivities with tumor antigens (TAs) that have been described in many kinds of cancer types, such as anti-NY-ESO-1 and anti-XAGE-1b Abs22, although IgA may function as an important immunoglobulin in mucosal autoimmunity29,30. This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
