Vaccination three days post-B16.gB tumor inoculation resulted in a significant increase in survival for the IFNβ-vaccinated cohort (18.4 ± 6.1 days) relative to vaccination with B16.Kbloss.gB cells without IFN (14.8 ± 3.7 days, p < 0.0323) (Figures 3B, C and Supplementary Figure 4). This evidence concerns the gene IFNA1 and neoplasm.
