We found that HMGCS1 level was significant higher in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), and thymoma (THYM) tumor tissues (Figure 1E), and lower in skin cutaneous melanoma and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) tumor tissues, compared with normal tissues (Figure S1A). Here, HMGCS1 is linked to cutaneous melanoma.
