Finally nine commonly shared genes (DPEP1, ARID3A, SLC5A6, AXIN2, LY6G6D, NKD1, CEL, LAPTM4B, and GRM8) were selected (Figure 3C and Table S9), implying that these nine potential core genes were likely to be the CRC‐related genes. Here, LAPTM4B is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
