NFKB1 and polycystic ovary syndrome: The results of this study showed that the expression levels of NF-κB p65, p-NF-κB p65 and p-IκBα in ovarian tissues of PCOS rats were risen significantly, while the expression of IκBα was prominently decreased, and the levels of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 were also remarkably increased.
