In addition, we conducted a comparative analysis based on the stages of renal cancer patients and the expression level of USP39, and found that high expression of USP39 predicted poor survival prognosis in patients with a low TNM stage, while a high TNM stage showed no statistical difference in USP39 expression (P = 0.001, P = 0.440) (Fig. 1E, F). The gene discussed is USP39; the disease is renal carcinoma.
