As shown in Table 2, hypermethylation of PDCD-1 and LAG-3 were associated with a lower risk of CRC (ORadj = 0.322, 95% CI 0.197–0.528, P < 0.001; ORadj = 0.666, 95% CI 0.446–0.5996, P = 0.048, respectively). Here, PDCD1 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
