NPPB and hydrops fetalis: RV chamber size, tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion, estimation of pulmonary artery systolic pressure, and RV diastolic parameters are useful parameters in the follow-up of subjects who underwent anticancer chemotherapy (67), along with additional laboratory parameters related to cardiovascular overload and HF, such as N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NP) (NT-proBNP) levels (68).
