Liu et al. (2020) found that ARHGEF38 is significantly overexpressed in PCa compared to benign prostate hyperplasia, especially in high-grade prostate cancer. In addition, compared to tissues without lymph node metastasis, ARHGEF38 protein presents a much higher expression in PCa tissues with lymph node metastasis. These results suggest that ARHGEF38 may promote PCa migration and metastasis, thereby contribute to PCa progression (Liu et al., 2020). This evidence concerns the gene ARHGEF38 and posterior cortical atrophy.
