Our results were in agreement with Patange et al. [13] who reported that in their study of 34 pediatric patients with CKD, the serum PTH levels correlated with diastolic dysfunction of their studied children as evidenced by their echocardiographic data, E/E′ ratio (r = 0.6, p < 0.05) and E′ (r = −0.6, p value < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene PTH and chronic kidney disease.
