OS curves indicated that high expression level of UBQLN4 mRNA was associated with poor prognosis in ACC, KICH, LIHC, mesothelioma (MESO), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), SARC, and skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), while low expression level of UBQLN4 mRNA was associated with poor prognosis in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), LGG, and uveal melanoma (UVM) (Figures 2(a)-2(j)). This evidence concerns the gene UBQLN4 and hereditary pheochromocytoma-paraganglioma.
