CHFR and hereditary pheochromocytoma-paraganglioma: Compared to the normal control, CHFR was also overexpressed in cancers, including bladder urothelial carcinoma, breast invasive carcinoma, cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, glioblastoma multiforme, head and neck squamous carcinoma, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous carcinoma, pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (Supplementary Figure 1A).
